Our Packers coverage team predicts the outcome of Green Bay's game Sunday at the Detroit Lions:

Tom Silverstein

This has the markings of a preseason game, only the Lions want to finish the season on a high note and the Packers want to get out of Ford Field without any injuries. The most interesting part of the game will be watching what Jordan Love does. Lions 31, Packers 27

Pete Dougherty

Matt LaFleur hasn’t said how long he’s going to play his stars, but about a quarter is as good a guess as any. The Lions are playing hard for new coach Dan Campbell and improving late in the season, so the guess here is they’ll win with Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams and a few others taking an early exit. Lions 27, Packers 20

Ryan Wood

The only prediction that matters this week is how long Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams and other players at the top of this roster will play. My guess is they’ll get a half, maybe a possession into the third quarter, which will be enough to beat the Lions, because the Lions are terrible. Packers 24, Lions 20

Kassidy Hill

There's no guarantee the Packers will play their stars for more than a few drives, or even at all. This could easily become a Jordan Love game or one in which Green Bay works out kinks before the playoffs. Green Bay has enough firepower to get ahead early but Detroit will want to throw the kitchen sink late. Lions 26, Packers 21

Stu Courtney

The Lions' defense is so bad, it could make Jordan Love look good. Packers 24, Lions 20
